Feel free to wear comfy clothes, but we won’t be working out—we just want you to be comfortable! We’ll have a conversation and get to know a little bit about you, your goals, and what you’re looking for in a fitness/nutrition program.
30 Minutes: Personal Training 2-on-1
60 Minutes: Personal Training 1-on-1
Full hour of personal training time. Usually focused on client goals, individualized programming and progressions over time.
